The suit was brought pursuant to the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law ? 59-11-1 through 59-11-43, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl. Vol. 9, pt. 1). Judgment was entered by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff and the defendants appeal. We affirm.
